This Clase Azul Plata is clear and bright, with beguiling silver highlights – a brilliant sipping tequila.?Light to medium-bodied, it’s clean and fresh on the nose: lemongrass, green tea and mint are noticeable at first. Guava, vanilla and a touch of apple come though on first taste, with a bright soft finish. Try this with ceviche or any other citrus-led light dishes, a variety of cheese, or strawberries and cream.
