This delightful, limited edition Mars Komagatake 2021 Edition is a yearly offering of their characteristic expression. A splendid single malt, this is distilled and matured at the Mars Shinsu distillery in the village of Miyada and bottled at 48%. White pepper and spice on the nose, a touch of water transforms this into a deliciously fruity drop, bringing out delicate floral notes underpinned with a soft oaky vanilla structure.
