Description

A really enticing rose gold colour first greets the drinker with copper flashes indicating the age and cask finish. A great explosion of aromas on the nose with red toffee apple, stewed forest berries and clementine peel leading the festive fare before a roll call of spices inexorably associated with short days and wintery nights – mixed spice, white chocolate buttons and cookie dough. It really is sugar, spice and all things nice. This is perfect for filling a hipflask, or would make a terrific highball garnished with a slice of fresh ginger before dinner.
