Skilled distiller Will Edge has created this splendid molasses rum at the gorgeous Greensand Ridge distillery in the Kentish Weald. His commitment to sustainability is hugely admirable. This, coupled with the softness of texture his spirits are all imbued with, makes for a producer to keep an eye on. With gentle spice and touches of dried fruit, this is one for pre-dinner sipping or a delicious Rum Old Fashioned.
