Description

A fabulous marriage of British and Peruvian influences, slightly eccentric distiller Alex James combines traditional gin botanicals with some rarer local ones, including physalis and pink peppercorns foraged from around the distillery. Skilful re-distillation with Peruvian Pisco and then bottling with glacial Andean water ensures a wonderfully characterful gin.
