Under the guidance of the garden’s esteemed curator Professor Sam Brockington, juniper, cinnamon leaf, barberry, wild strawberry and baccharis magellanica were chosen to represent the South American leg of the voyage, creating a harmonious blend of past and present.

This transportive gin showcases a beautifully balanced blend of exotic and classic botanicals. The cinnamon leaf and juniper form a warm and spicy core, while the wild strawberry and barberry introduce intriguing, layered red fruit notes.
