Description
Bright and lifted on the nose, this is quintessential Venezeula Rum, showing the benefits of solera maturation. This method of slow, careful and continual marrying of older and younger rums engenders nicely rounded corners and subtle complexity. Notes of lime and golden sponge cake appear, with some vanilla spice on the pleasingly dry finish.
