Description

This is a classic London Dry gin (that is, no additional flavours have been added after distillation) from our talented friends in Cumbria. The botanicals were first macerated overnight in the spirit to infuse a richness of flavour before a long, slow distillation to capture the maximum aroma. Juniper is joined by around half a dozen textbook gin botanicals here to create harmony between woody spice and citrus. Ideal with tonic.
