Knob Creek, part of the Jim Beam portfolio, was launched in 1992 to revive the pre-Prohibition style of whiskey. It is named after the creek that flows near Abraham Lincoln’s boyhood home in Kentucky. The brand was one of the pioneers in the small-batch Bourbon movement, helping elevate American whiskey’s status. Knob Creek is known for its high-proof, full-flavour spirit, appealing to those who appreciate robust, old-fashioned styles of whiskey.
