Despite being named ‘Heavily Peated,’ this is anything but heavy. Earthy smoke appears from every facet as smoke tendrils dance from the glass. There are notes of caramel fudge, dried mint leaf, the crust of your morning toast and a subtle hint of ocean mist. The ABV of 50% is calculated perfectly and carried out with balance and ease. Touches of coco and liquorice appear on the finish, culminating in ultra-fine, honeyed sweetness. This is perfect for those looking to move away from Sherry and fruit spice.
