Description

An exquisite example of the genius of Bajan rum maven Richard Seale, this 14-year-old has spent its maturation in a combination of ex-Bourbon and, crucially, ex-Madeira casks. Those barrels give nicely rich oak, but with more than a little welcome lift of fresh and dried fruit. Golden sultanas, preserved figs, and even mango swim effortlessly alongside the classic Foursquare sweet spice. Drink this late in the evening, ideally with a gently warm pastel de nata.
