Our Spirits Shop at 1 St James's Street is home to over 1,300 spirits, including exclusive Berry Bros & Rudd bottlings and rare and sought-after bottles not listed on our website. Our expert team are waiting to help you discover your next favourite bottle.

Can the shop print off tasting notes for me?

Yes, they’d be delighted to help.

Do you do tours of the cellars?

As they are working cellars and we run events in them, they not open for tours. However, we do periodically offer organised tours. The best way to find out about these is to sign up to our emails.

I’m buying a gift from your shop but am not sure if the recipient will like it. Can they change it? And if so, what will they need to show to do this?

The recipient will need to bring the original receipt along with the unopened item. Please note, if the order has been purchased against your account you (the purchaser) will need to give permission to us to action the refund. We do not offer cash refunds but will offer an alternative. Please note, if the item is faulty it will be covered by our quality guarantee.

I can’t collect my order, can I send someone else?

Yes. Please email customerservice@bbr.com in advance to confirm this, and ensure that whoever is collecting your order brings photo identification.

Where should I go to collect my order and what are collection times?

The best place to collect your order is from the reception at No.3 St James’s Street, London, SW1A 1EG. It is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, if you cannot collect between those times you can go to our Spirits or Wine Shops next door at 63 Pall Mall. There you can collect your order until 7pm between Tuesday and Friday and until 6pm on Saturday. We recommend calling ahead to confirm your order has arrived. You can reach us on 0800 280 2440.

I’m looking to place a large order for my wedding, do you do tastings?

Yes, we’d be delighted to help you choose the perfect products for your wedding. Get in touch here .

Do you offer glass hire?

No, we do not offer this service.

How can I find out if you have a specific bottle in your shops?

The best thing to do is get in touch here and someone will contact you. If it is urgent, please ring us on 0800 280 2440 or use Live Chat.

How do I know if my order has arrived at the shop yet?

You will receive an email when the order has left our warehouse. To be absolutely sure it has arrived, we suggest you ring us on 0800 280 2440 and we can help.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

We can wrap bottles in our signature tissue paper and put them in our gift bags. We also offer cardboard and wooden gift boxes, which you can view here .

Do you have gift cards in the shop that I can add to my order?

Yes, we do; we’d be delighted to help pick one out for you. Please ask a member of staff in-store.

Is there parking?

There is no parking immediately outside the London shops, although it is possible to pull up and collect if you stay with your vehicle. There is plenty of free customer parking available outside the Basingstoke Shop.

Are there wine and spirits open to taste?

Our Wine Shop hosts a range of events, from complimentary drop-in afternoon tastings to ticketed evening “lates” with buyers or visiting producers. There is also an Enomatic wine tasting machine with 24 wines available to try.

Our Spirits shop has a plethora of bottles open to try, please ask staff. Our in-store tastings and events are perfect for exploring the fascinating world of spirits. Many are complimentary.

Our Basingstoke shop hosts monthly masterclasses from 2pm to 3pm on Saturdays. You can book a place by emailing the team on basingstokeshop@bbr.com or calling them on 01256 247 933.

Do you offer a courier service from the shop itself?

We do, subject to courier availability, offer this service. Regardless of order value there is a charge of £15 between Monday and Saturday for London deliveries. For anything outside the M25 it will be an overnight delivery and we will need to provide a bespoke quote.
